Our  NEW amine cured, glass &

ceramic filled lining. It is a 2 part epoxy that is sprayed on at 20-30 mils and is engineered to be extremely hard while being very flexible and protecting the pipe from corrosive salt water, aggressive chemicals, high temperatures, high pressures and abrasive resistant.

Rickerson Pipe Linings advanced Novolac internal pipe coating will protect your pipe regardless of the HARSHEST environments  like H2S and hydrochloric acid. This extremely hard, but very flexible liner saves extensive amounts of money in repairs as well as lost production and downtime.

There is more to internal coatings than just protecting against corrosion.  Having a smooth and durable internal coating will also halt paraffin from sticking to the pipe walls while increasing the flow of liquids, requiring less power/energy to move your pay load resulting in amplified productivity. 

With our products no special equipment or tooling needed.

Each Joint of pipe is internally High pressure washed with heat, sand blasted with steel grit, blown and vacuum out, sprayed with Nova Plate 325,  and then is Holiday Tested all the way through for quality assurance.

 

This lining has been tested for a couple of years now before coming out in 2017. One testing, targeted up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit in all grades of crude oil, and up to 2,000 PSI the lining passed well. It was confirmed there were no change after a year and it would perform at those levels long-term. It was also tested in various other corrosive fluids and found it was highly resistant to those as well.  This lining has gave outstanding resistance to acids, including 37 % hydrochloric acid and H2S. The feedback so far is it is performing extremely well under extreme conditions and is showing great resistance to abrasion.
